Product Management (UC, Berkeley)

I worked in a multidisciplinary team with 5 other UC Berkeley students (Business, Design, Engineering) to put on the hat of a Product Manager while developing a product to solve an identified painpoint.

Throughout the course, I have learnt and practiced Design Thinking, Feature Priortiization, Product Development Process, Scoping of Product Requirements, Metrics Measurements for Performance and basically what it takes to be a good product manager.

This class was conducted by Ken Sandy, who was the Vice President (Product Management) of MasterClass, Lynda, Trilogy and many more.
